Deryl and Debbie McKenzie, the heart and soul of Texas Real Santa, have been embodying Santa and Mrs. Claus for over 30 years in Houston and surrounding areas. Their deep-rooted connection to Houston, where they were born and raised, gives them an unparalleled understanding of the city. In the first decade, they worked in various malls in Houston and Dallas under Ms. Claus Productions. However, they decided to take their business to a more personal level, leading to the birth of Texas Real Santa. The focus of the business completely changed, and they started booking events for private homes, businesses, hospitals, and corporate events. Their demand became so great that they had to bring in other Santas. All these years later, the Texas Real Santa is comprised of what we consider to be one of the top Santa businesses in Houston. All Santas have criminal background checks every year, real beards, and the best suits and boots money can buy, but more than that, they are good men and women who love people and honor the integrity of Santa and Mrs. Claus. They represented Christmas’s true meaning and gave people and children hope and joy!
Although they have both gone to be with our Father in Heaven, they will be watching over me as I continue to carry on their legacy. I plan to make many more Merry Christmas’s with happy clients to make them proud. I will strive for excellence and continue to grow.
