  • You can book directly through our website using our Acuity Scheduling system. Just click the “Book Now” button, choose your date, location, and preferred Santa/Mrs. Claus (if available), and complete the form.

  • We proudly serve all of Texas, including Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, and more. Each Santa/Mrs. Claus has their own service region, which you can find on the Meet Our Santas page.

  • Yes! You may request a specific Santa or Mrs. Claus during the booking process. Availability is first-come, first-served, especially during peak season.

  • We provide performers for:

    • Corporate holiday parties

    • Private home visits

    • Community parades & tree lightings

    • School and daycare events

    • Church gatherings

    • Photoshoots

    • Video greetings

  • Pricing depends on location, duration, and event type. Standard pricing starts at $150/hr, with custom quotes for longer or specialty events. Contact us for package details.

  • All performers come in full costume and remain in character. Some may bring basic props (bells, candy canes, Santa sack, etc.) upon request. Gift distribution can be arranged — just let us know!

  • Yes. You may cancel or reschedule up to 7 days before your event for a full refund. Within 7 days, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Yes. You will receive email confirmations and reminders automatically via our Acuity Scheduling system. We also provide a personal touchpoint before each event.

  • You can pay online securely at the time of booking. We also generate invoices through QuickBooks for custom or corporate bookings.
